Equine Therapy Services
As an equine therapist, my approach is to consider the whole picture instead of rather than focusing on isolated conditions. My goal is to use a holistic strategy to get to the root of the problem, rather than simply “putting a bandage on it.” Working with the mind and body as a whole results in deeper, longer-lasting healing than breaking things down into separate parts.
I practice four main treatment methods that are often integrated into one, holistic treatment strategy. Massage, chiropractics, energy work, and relationship work are all important aspects of successful equine partnerships. While sessions can be focused on one type of treatment, often either the horse or the condition will benefit from a combination of these approaches.
“I am exceptionally pleased with Lauren’s equine therapy services. She has worked on several of my own horses as well as my clients’. She brought to light anatomical asymmetries and addressed them with a patient and gentle, yet effective energy. Lauren has also recommended natural remedies that have assisted with decreasing muscle and joint inflammation. Horses are calm around her and show great signs of release. I have only had positive experiences with her!”
